Opened in September of 2018, it is the culmination of a vision Sifu Chris and Sifu Fayne began manifesting in 1994. A place where people could come train and heal. Optimize our client's wellbeing by addressing their physical, mental and emotional challenges with integrative healing modalities is our passion. Our dedication to bringing you the best of eastern and western modalities, and the amazing response / support from our growing community has blessed us with the ability to grow.
In February of 2023 we expanded our space and added 1721 Analog. This addition allows us to host larger groups and meetings as well as therapeutic art workshops in our dedicated HeART room. Our near future plans include creating a dedicated meditation room where people can slow down and relax, making precious time for themselves in an otherwise hectic life.
